WHAT THE SHOW IS ALL ABOUT
The Last Wild Place focuses on Nevada and rural Northern California - the last wild place - that is chock full of interesting and sometimes unusual people, places and happenings. There is a great deal to appreciate here in our own "back yard." Each week we present guests who can tell us some of the amazing things that go on here, who can share ideas on how to enjoy and preserve what we have, and can provide advice to help all of us who live in this wonderful part of the country. We also like to spotlight some of the entrepreneurs from our region who, well, are just darn clever.
Hosting the show each week are Lacy J. Dalton, Willis Lamm and Eddie Floyd. Eddie is also the show's producer. The Last Wild Place is a creation of Eddie's and Nevada Matters Radio. The show airs each Sunday morning at 10:00 on "My Country" KCMY, 1300 AM and 93.5 FM. It is also rebroadcast on participating stations.
The Last Wild Place is taped in front of a live studio audience. (At least so far everyone has stayed alive to the end of the tapings.)
